We value our relationship with our customers and we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. GST offers
our customers a 30-day satisfaction replacement or refund on all purchases starting from the date specified on the invoice,
Exclusions listed at the bottom.
All CPU returns must be made within 15 days from the invoice date, and a 15% restocking fee
applies to all refunds. CPUs that are defective and/or DOA, can be returned for repair or
GST reserves the right to charge restocking fee to any customer, 15% for open items and up to 40% on return packages with
missing content or if not in new condition.
GST will not be liable for the return shipping cost of defective merchandises. For the products that we do not manufacture,
GST will not responsible for product defects. The warranty claim(s) is therefore subject to approval by the Original Manufacturer
of that particular product. Customer will be responsible to pay any shipping charges back to GST, GST will replace the item
and ship the item to you at no charge.
Product Return Procedure - To return a product in compliance with GST, customer must obtain a Return Authorization Number
(RAN) within the return period. Customer can request for an RAN by logging into their GST account under the Return/Exchange
section or by contacting a customer service agent at 1-727-538-7708. Return Authorization Numbers are valid for 10 days and
GST must receive the products within this time period. Customer will receive a RAN confirmation email containing instructions
and the address for the return once the RAN is generated. RAN will not be extended or reissued.
Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to GST. Any shipping carrier may be used but customer
should use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment.
Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss or damage for the return product during shipment.
Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition.
Once the return package has been received, GST will do it's best to expedite the turnaround time. Turnaround time will
depend on the availability of the item. Backorder items will be delayed until the product becomes available for shipping.
In stock items will generally be processed and ship out within 2 business days from the received date.
You may also request for a cross-shipment replacement provided that the following criteria are met:
Customer can provide a valid tracking number indicating that the return package is coming back
to us at GST.
The same item or product is in stock.
Request is made within the 30-day exchange policy.
Once a return tracking number is available, customers may update it by logging back into their GST account and submitting
it after clicking on the Update RAN Tracking Number link. With the tracking number updated, GST agents will know that the
request is for a cross-shipment replacement and start the process automatically. A tracking number is not necessary for returns
for credit or if you do not want to do the cross-shipment replacement.
Returns for refund
Once the return package has been received, GST will issue credit back to the credit card or PayPal account used when placing
the original order. Processing time from received date to credit issued date will be within 2 business days. GST will not
be liable for bank processing time which will vary depending on the bank.
After the 30- day refund or exchange policy, any defective product will be dealt directly between the customer and the
manufacture. GST is solely a distributor and do not manufacture the products we carry. After the 30 days policy, the warranty
policy and procedures will follow the manufacture's process.
Improper packing during return shipment to us
Smoke damage from fire or tobacco smoke
Damages for loss of data or software restoration
Disasters such as floods, fires, winds, earthquakes or lightning
Water damage of any kind
Incorrect installation of hardware, software, and/or accessories
Failure to provide the proper installation environment
Peripherals not purchased from GST or unauthorized attachments
Service by any other service center
Any other type of abuse, misuse, physical damage or neglect
Or where the serial number or rating label has been removed, defaced or altered
WE EXAMINE EVERY ITEM RETURNED TO US AS "DEFECTIVE" AND TEST THE ITEM ACCORDING TO OUR PROCEDURES FOR THE
ITEM. IF, BASED ON OUR TESTING, THE ITEM MEETS THE MANUFACTURER'S OPERATING SPECIFICATIONS, THEN WE WILL IN OUR DISCRETION
DETERMINE THAT THE ITEM IS NOT DEFECTIVE.
IF THE ITEM YOU RETURNED AS "DEFECTIVE" IS NOT DEFECTIVE ACCORDING TO OUR TESTING, WE WILL REFUND YOUR PURCHASE
PRICE, LESS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. WE WILL NOT REFUND SHIPPING FEES IF A RESTOCKING FEE IS CHARGED.
IF THE ITEM TESTS AS DEFECTIVE WE WILL REFUND YOUR PURCHASE PRICE AND SHIPPING FEES (FOR THE FIRST 30 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE,
OR THE FIRST 14 DAYS IN THE CASE OF CPU'S) OR PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT ITEM, IF THE ITEM IS STILL IN STOCK AND YOU CHOSE TO TAKE
A REPLACEMENT. FOLLOWING THE FIRST THIRTY DAYS AFTER PURCHASE WE WILL PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT FOR THE DEFECTIVE ITEM FOR THE
BALANCE OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD, AND REFUND YOUR SHIPPING FEES. IF THE IDENTICAL ITEM IS NO LONGER IN STOCK WE WILL PROVIDE
AN EQUIVALENT OR BETTER ITEM (IN OUR DISCRETION) OR ISSUE A STORE CREDIT, AND REFUND YOUR SHIPPING FEES.

For all other issues, GST must be informed of any problems and/or order discrepancies (wrong product received, shipping
damage or defective product) within 7 days from receipt of product - email to: email@example.com
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. RMA number is valid for 14 days (product must
be received by GST within 14 days of receipt of RMA).
Customer is responsible for :
matching serial numbers to the invoice; proper packaging of the returned product; all shipping charges to return the product
keeping/ensuring time-frames of RMA and Warranty periods; ensuring all accessories are returned with product; providing
return reason and detailed description of the problem.

Customer is advised to use carrier with tracking capability, as sender (customer) is fully responsible for shipping the

Refund cannot be greater than the item's original purchase price.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied on all returns for refund (UNLESS THE PRODUCT, IN OUR DISCRETION AND BASED ON OUR
TESTING, AS DESCRIBED ABOVE IS DEFECTIVE OR THE PRODUCT IS NOT THE PRODUCT YOU ORDERED, BASED ON YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION).
Shipping charges are non-refundable in cases where restocking fee applies.
Customer has the option of receiving the product back at the customer's expense. The customer must notify us of that option
in RMA letter.
Typically returns are processed by the RMA department within 10 business days from the date of receipt. Processing time
may vary for different products. The return status may be checked online.
GST reserves the right to make a decision based on test results, whether to replace, repair (by sending it to the manufacturer),
or to refund in accordance with our return policy.
In case of exchange/replacement, the original warranty period transfers to the exchanged/replaced item.
GST will not accept any products back that have been physically damaged, burned, abused, misused, neglected, repaired
or modified. See Physical Damage Policy for details.
Software and Software licenses will only be accepted in the original, sealed and unopened packaging. No opened Retail
software will be accepted back. OEM Software is 100% non-refundable once purchased and delivered. OEM version software is
intended for system builders only and cannot be transferred to another PC once installed. Purchasers of this software are
required to comply with the terms and conditions of the System Builder License, including responsibility for providing all
end-user support. GST is not responsible for any Software incompatibility and/or support. Software incompatibility does not
qualify software as damaged or defective.
