Oxygen minisensors are very robust and have an excellent long-term stability. They even stand SIP (Sterilization in Place) such as steam autoclavation (130°C (266°F), 1.5 atm) and CIP (Cleaning in Place) (5 % sodium hydroxide solution NaOH heated to 90°C (194°F)).
